At MyTDEE, we prioritize your privacy above all else. Unlike many other calculators, our website is built using Client-Side Technology (Vanilla JavaScript).

This means all calculations regarding your health metrics (Age, Gender, Weight, Height, Activity Level, Body Fat) happen directly on your device. We do not collect, store, or transmit your personal health data to our servers.

Log Files

Like most standard websites, MyTDEE uses log files. These files merely log visitors to the site usually a standard procedure for hosting companies and a part of hosting services' analytics.

The information collected by log files includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date/time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. This information is used to analyze trends, administer the site, track user's movement around the site, and gather demographic information. IP addresses and other such information are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable.

Cookies and Advertising

MyTDEE uses "cookies" to store information about visitors' preferences (such as Light/Dark mode settings) and to optimize the user experience.

Google is a third-party vendor on our site. It also uses cookies, known as DART cookies, to serve ads to our site visitors based upon their visit to our site and other sites on the internet.
